Second
Community Baptist
Church has a strong
belief in individual biblical discipleship. Through the philosophy of biblical
discipleship we see the four goals of biblical discipleship become evident in
newly saved Christians.
Goal 1: Grow and be established in the Word of God.
Goal 2: Grow in fellowship with other believers.
Goal 3: Grow in the structure of the local church.
Goal 4: Grow in the ministry of the Word of God.
Only through the philosophy of biblical discipleship can we see the great commission be fulfilled. If you, or your family, would like to participate in Second Community's discipleship program, please see or contact Pastor Bruce Hoose. The pastor will set you or your family up with one of our highly trained discipleship team members who will begin to work with you immediately. We hope you take advantage of this amazing opportunity and begin growing in light of our Lord Jesus Christ.

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. - Matthew 28:18-20
